Cancellation Policy
If you change or cancel your appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be charged 30% of the service fee. This policy is placed out of RESPECT for me. Cancellations are sometimes difficult to filled, by giving last minute notices or not showing up at all. You prevent someone eles from scheduling in that slot. Two consecutive appointments without contacting me, you will no longer be able to schedule any future appointments. Yes Mrs. Renee understands that Life does happen, but for any reason you are expected to be late 10 minutes or more please call or text, that really means a lot. I really work hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting someone else’s appointment. Depending on how late it may require rescheduling for a later time & or date depending on what's going on that day. & Though I truly love everyone from my heart, please remember when it comes to us being family & friends their will be no discounts.. Business Is Business!
